The Sun enters the mutable earth sign Virgo today at 10:55 am ET. It’s one of my favorite astro-seasons, as I will never not be excited about that back-to-school feeling, the rush of the slightly cooler air, the subtle shifting of light in the early morning, and the reminder that summer is not actually endless (even though we’ve got another month to go) — and that’s a good thing. The hot, dry, fixed fire of Leo season gives way to some much-needed yin energy as we approach eclipse season and the autumnal equinox next month. Let’s cool it down and get to work (as Michelle Obama instructed us the other day.)
